Please read below the general terms of accommodation at the Sapa Panorama Hotel:

• Check-in time is 14:00 AM (Early check-in subject to availability - Free store room and bath rooms at the first floor))
• Check out time is 12:00 AM (Late check-out until 15:00 will be charged 50% of room rate, later than 15:00 will be charged 100% of room rate)
• Original passport and confirmation paper required for immigration.
• Buffet breakfast is included
• All the above prices are in VND and inclusive of 10% VAT and 5% service charge
• Special discount for long-term staying guest.

Payment online by Credit Card, we will send you a link with your booking information and amount you have to pay. Then you will be linked to Onepay system. Use your credit card to pay online securely.

Cancellation:

• Free! If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
• If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
• In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children Policy:
Free for 1 child under 10 with breakfast using the existing bed with parents.

Note:
Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. Sapa Panorama Hotel  will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, your credit card will be charged only for your deposit  when your booking is confirmed.
